CWLA meets in-person for our monthly meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 8:00PM at Denny’s 16575 Sherman Way, Van Nuys, CA 91406. Zoom option available most months.
Cars & Coffee events almost every Saturday and Sunday morning somewhere around LA…find one and GO! - Check to make sure any of these are happening before you go! Links fixed!
Monthly Events
Thousand Oaks/Newbury Park, Conejo Valley Cars and Coffee - 1st and 3rd Saturday each month 7AM-10AM. New permanent Location: 350 W Hillcrest Dr, in the Oaks Mall Parking lot next to Firestone Tire. Check their website for current information. Sponsored by Corvair owner Craig Casey.
Griffith Park, Cars and Coffee Los Angeles – Last Sunday of the month at the Griffith Park Merry- Go-Round Lot #1, located at 4730 Crystal Springs Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90027
Petersen Auto Museum - Breakfast Club Cars & Coffee, Last Sunday every month 8:00AM. Various Makes and Models for each event. Invited cars pay a fee, spectators usually free. Verify before going to this event.
Woodland Hills, Supercar Sunday (every Sunday) 7-10AM, Pierce College 6201 Winnetka Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91371 Please use the Victory Blvd and Mason St. entrance for Supercar Sunday. The physical address takes you to the far side of the campus. Event is in main lot 7 off of Victory Blvd. Check website for delays and featured make.

June 19, 2025 Thursday 8:00PM - IN PERSON - CWLA General Membership meeting - Denny’s 16575 Sherman Way, Van Nuys, CA 91406 (This was our pre-Covid location). Zoom simulcast link will be sent a few days before the meeting to club members so those who can not make it to Denny’s may participate.

A no-cost Door Prize raffle will be held for a gift certificate - open only to all attendees in the meeting. Drive a Corvair to the meeting and get TWO chances in the drawing!
June 29, 2025 Sunday Time TBD - CWLA will do Griffith Park Cars and Coffee - Arrive for 7AM start. Last Sunday of the month at the Griffith Park Merry- Go-Round Lot #1, located at 4730 Crystal Springs Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90027
July 3, 2025 Thursday 8:00PM – Virtual CWLA Eboard Meeting Every club member is welcome to attend Eboard meetings. The Eboard Meeting Zoom link is sent to board mbers. If you would like to participate please contact an Eboard member.

November 22, 2025 Saturday - CWLA Food Drive - Vons Toluca Lake. Our number one philanthropy event of each year. Please plan to come help…it’s fun!
December 14, 2025 (Tent), Sunday - CWLA Holiday and Officer Installation Banquet. Details TBD.

*Any Sat/Sun - Driving Event- Drive up to the dirt section of Mullholland Drive to visit LA96C Nike Missile Control Site at 17500 Dirt Mullholland Dr. above Encino in San Vincente Mountain Park. 1 mile west of Encino Hills Drive. Some short walking may be necessary. Good place to have a picnic and see the views.
*Any Saturday - Driving event to visit Fiber Steel near Azusa, CA (Irwindale Ave) We went in 2023 but liked it so much we want to go agin in 2024!
*Any Saturday/Sun? FREE-Metropolitan Pit Stop, Laurel Cyn, great showroom of Metropolitan Cars, small place. Associated Music Studio next door- POC Matt delVecchio
*Any Saturday/Sun? FREE-Griffith Park Observatory, Can park in Greek parking lot, free shuttle if not concert night. Go at dark and can see thru telescope
*Friday Evenings - Bob’s Big Boy Car Night, Northridge of other locations
*Any Sat/Sun - Commemorative Air Force visit - Camarillo Airport
